The product

UltraKit is a commercial AI application starter kit sold as a one-time purchase. The lite version (open-source on GitHub) is free under the MIT license.

License

• Indie: Non-commercial, personal use only. One developer.
• Commercial: Commercial use permitted. One developer.
• Team: Commercial use permitted. Up to five developers.

All tiers include lifetime v1.x updates. The Team tier includes lifetime v2 updates. You may not redistribute the source code as a competing product or starter kit.

Refunds

14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If UltraKit isn't right for you, email hi@ultrakit.devand we'll process a full refund.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding. Early-bird pricing is available to the first 30 buyers at launch and is subject to change without notice.

UltraKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this product. You are responsible for your own application's security, compliance, and performance.
